Private Service, No Government Affiliation
Idaho County Busted Mugshots is privately operated. It is not affiliated with the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office, Idaho County Jail, any city police department, the Idaho Department of Correction, Idaho courts, or a local, state, or federal government agency. The pages point to official sources but do not speak for them, maintain their records, or guarantee their availability.
Acceptable Use
Visitors may use the pages for lawful, personal reference and public-record navigation. The following conduct is not allowed:
- Breaking a law or violating another person’s rights while using the service.
- Using information to stalk, harass, threaten, intimidate, or harm another person.
- Attempting unauthorized access to the pages, servers, accounts, or partner systems.
- Running bots, scrapers, crawlers, or automated requests that burden or copy the service.
- Interfering with the service, its security, or another visitor’s access.
- Submitting material that is unlawful, deceptive, malicious, or designed to expose another person’s private information.
FCRA and Consumer-Report Limits
This service is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Neither this service nor a search or advertising partner provides a consumer report or a background-check product. Information from these pages may not be used for any FCRA-covered purpose.
- Hiring, firing, promotion, or other employment decisions.
- Housing, tenant selection, or rental decisions.
- Credit, lending, or insurance decisions or pricing.
- Licensing, permits, government-program eligibility, or similar determinations.
- Any other use regulated by the FCRA.
A visitor is responsible for following the law and must not recast a public-record reference as a regulated consumer report.
Outside Links and Partners
The pages link to the Idaho County Sheriff’s Office, the county jail list, Idaho iCourt, IDOC, BOP, ICE, news outlets, archives, and separate research tools. An outbound link is provided for navigation and is not an endorsement. The operator does not control an outside page’s content, accuracy, fees, data practices, security, or uptime. Review the outside provider’s terms before using it or submitting a query.
No Warranties
All content and access are provided “as is” and “as available,” to the fullest extent allowed by law. The operator does not warrant that the information is accurate, complete, current, uninterrupted, secure, error-free, free of bugs, or comprehensive. Partner results can be incomplete or delayed. Custody status, court records, fees, contacts, and agency pages can change without notice. Nothing on these pages is an official statement from a sheriff, jail, court, corrections department, or other government office.
Limits on Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Idaho County Busted Mugshots and the people or services connected with it are not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or other damages arising from access to, reliance on, or inability to use the pages or an outside link. Some jurisdictions limit these exclusions, so the rule applies only as far as the law permits.
Indemnification
To the extent allowed by law, a visitor agrees to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless the operator, owners, contractors, and content partners from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from the visitor’s use of the service, violation of these terms, violation of law, or harm caused to another person.
Intellectual Property
The text, layout, graphics, logo, code, and other original elements of this service belong to Idaho County Busted Mugshots or its content partners. A visitor may view the pages for personal reference but may not copy, sell, distribute, modify, republish, frame, or create a competing database from the material without written permission. Government source content remains subject to the originating agency’s rights and rules.
Changes to These Terms
These terms may be revised at any time. A revised version becomes effective when posted. Continued use after a change means the visitor accepts the updated terms. The posted version should be checked before continued use.
Access May Be Revoked
The operator may limit, suspend, or block access to all or part of the service at any time, with or without notice, for any lawful reason. A violation of these terms can result in immediate restriction. Ending access does not remove provisions that are meant to continue, including disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, intellectual-property rules, and governing law.
Idaho Law Applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho, without applying a conflict-of-law rule that would select another jurisdiction. To the extent a dispute may be filed in court, the parties consent to the state or federal courts located in Idaho, subject to any mandatory law that says otherwise.
Severability
If a court finds one provision invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect. The affected provision should be narrowed or adjusted only as much as needed to make it enforceable while preserving its intended purpose.
Questions About the Terms
Questions about these terms may be sent through Get in Touch. Questions about a custody entry, warrant, booking record, photo, or court case must go to the originating agency or court.
